I’m not really a complicated person. Except when I’m depressed. But I’ve decided that even if I am sad and feeling down, I won’t dwell on the negative emotions I am feeling. It’s so much better to be happy and positive.I love sunflowers and white roses.

I love rocky road, double dutch and ube ice cream.
I cannot live without music and books.

My favorite drinks are: water, iced tea and apple juice.
If I drink soda, which is a very rare occurrence, I will only drink root beer and Dr. Pepper.
I enjoy doing the laundry.
I’m a hopeless romantic.
My favorite colors are green, black, hot pink and red.
I’m not a TV addict.
I hate labels.
I love Stargirl.

Hi Denise…i too, came across your site bc i was looking up Stargirl quotes….and i too, LOVE Stargirl, I tell people often that she is my hero. And i LOVE Desiderata. Tonite in fact, while I was looking for inspiration to pass along to my 7th grade students…I used the words of Jerry spinelli and max ehrmann. Its nice to come across someone who finds comfort in their words as well…thank you for posting.
